Our 30-day returns policy
You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging and in a resalable condition. Please contact info@lifelong-health.co.uk before returning anything and include your order number.
For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service because the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law; upgraded delivery costs are not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount.
Your cancellation rights
For most online purchases, you have the legal right to tell us that you are cancelling within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to send them back. Our 30-day unopened returns policy gives you additional time but does not reduce your statutory rights.
Items we cannot accept
For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept supplements or other sealed goods once the seal or protective packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Personalised items and other legally exempt goods are also excluded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with photographs where possible. Your statutory rights, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, are unaffected. Where appropriate, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with consumer law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Return instructions and the return address will be provided when you contact us.
