About these terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases from Lifelong Health through lifelong-health.co.uk. They do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact: info@lifelong-health.co.uk.
Products and responsible use
Product images are illustrative and packaging may change. Read the label, ingredients, allergens, directions and warnings before use. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Seek professional advice if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition or buying for a child. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery restrictions; any payment taken will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. Standard delivery is £4.95 and delivery is free on orders over £75 after discounts. See Delivery Information for details.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our 30-day returns policy applies to eligible unopened goods. The buyer pays change-of-mind return shipping. Legal cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. See Returns & Refunds for full details.
Promotions
Promotion terms, dates and exclusions will be stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash alternative and may be withdrawn where misuse or a genuine error occurs.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the UK where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under consumer law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
